Being a small local business we do not offer refunds or free returns for change of mind.
If the item is the wrong size you can return the item for a swap of a new size. You will have to pay postage for the return.
If the item is faulty, please contact us immediately and return to us. We will either send a new item or we can refund you. The postage on the return will be free in this case. Once the item you have returned is received by us, we will check the item and then process the refund or new item to be sent.
Once a refund has been processed it will take 2-5 days to see it in your account.
All items that are returned must be unworn, still have tags and no marks on the item.
